• Submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading claimant or policyholder data.

3. Accounts and Security

Access to certain features of our platforms requires an active account (e.g. broker portal logins). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. In compliance with our ISO/IEC 27001 policies, you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or data breaches.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to Taya platform code, documentation, graphics, user interfaces, corporate logos, and clinical rules engines, are owned exclusively by Denis Technologies Limited or our licensors. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Denis Technologies Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, insurance premium income, or data corruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our digital Services.
